•   As outlined in your contract service agreement with Switch, we ask that you track your account - which includes your expiration dates, items, and payment. We are not a corporate retail chain and do not have the resources or staff to monitor any of the thousands of accounts currently active. As such, use the form on this page to submit your account inquiry. 
   

• We are unable to give out account information over the phone.
  You may, however, stop by the showroom your items are located at or use the form on this page to contact us directly. 
   

• Checks are available after the 14th of the month for the previous month's sales.  No checks are issued on Sunday, Tuesday, or Holidays,  Checks are mailed certified mail only, a $4.85 fee will be deducted from your commission check.
